Ary's journey into the world of deal-making began with four years at EY in M&A, after which he transitioned to roles in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking recruitment following an MBA from the University of Nottingham. His strong track record in building relationships and teams, alongside his understanding of industry dynamics and his ability to forge meaningful partnerships, will be a great asset in LAVA's plans to further expand its influence across private equity and private credit sectors.
In his new role, Ary is tasked with driving business development and spearheading deal origination strategies. He will leverage his extensive industry experience to help tailor LAVA's bespoke M&A solutions with the evolving needs of corporate clients and Private Equity houses. His strategic role is pivotal in reinforcing LAVA's commitment to innovative and creative M&A practices, enhancing the firm's capability to deliver effective client-centric solutions.
