Freddi's appointment marks a strategic shift in how LAVA will engage and communicate with clients and buyers in the M&A sector, leveraging her exceptional storytelling skills and extensive achievements to showcase clients' offerings to their best advantage.
Freddi's technical marketing career took off at Arm, where she managed highly technical global products and honed her signature skill of making complex information not just accessible, but engaging. She developed her impressive skill set at Lloyds Banking Group, founding and leading the in-house Storytelling team, which delivered creative, editorial-led campaigns for millions of colleagues and customers.
Her expertise was further broadened in the fintech and finance sectors, where she has built and led teams specialising in sophisticated, content-driven marketing and growth strategies.
In her new role at LAVA, Freddi will work closely with new hire Ary Singh, Head of Origination, to develop and implement content and commercial strategies that reach and resonate with LAVA's ambitious client base. Together, they aim to transform the firm's communications, not just creating high-performance content and campaigns that reflect the diverse, disruptive, and creative team at LAVA, but also bringing their skills to bear for the benefit of clients and investors alike.
