Positive Change
The team at LAVA is passionate about using our fortunate position, resources and expertise to make positive change in our society. We dedicate 2.5% of our annual turnover to charities, with a particular focus on those that promote and protect the health and wellbeing of children and teens.
Here are some of the ways we’re using our business for good…

Empowering future generations
To date, we’ve partnered with WellChild, Anna Freud, NSPCC, Happy Space UK, Unicef and Place2Be to provide support and funding for vital initiatives targeted at mental and physical health.
Beyond financial contributions, our team actively participates in challenge events, like running the London marathon for NSPCC in 2024, and for WellChild in 2025; fundraising for other causes close to our hearts, and using our skills, networks and connections to drive further support towards these wonderful charities.

Going Furthr for a green tomorrow
Our partnership with Furthr, the world’s most engaging climate action platform, is a core strategy towards reaching our sustainability goals.
Our employees have been given access to their monthly subscription service, offsetting LAVA’s carbon-neutral future for the business as it grows.
Additionally our financial investment in Furthr will contribute to the development of their new engagement platform and the growth of the team.
