We're delighted to announce that Cannelle Ramas has been promoted to Associate, following success in recent exams, and a fantastic first chapter with the LAVA team!
Cannelle joined us as an Analyst in January 2025, swapping Paris for London and bringing with her a background in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity, along with some very welcome international expertise.
Since then, she's become a brilliant part of the deal team, continuing to develop her technical skills, build her experience across transactions, and bring her enthusiasm and fresh perspective to everything she does. She's also worked her way through an impressive series of qualifications, demonstrating an enviable ability to balance study demands alongside working with the rest of the LAVA deal team on a series of complex transactions across a multitude of sectors.
A keen athlete, Cannelle is yet to bow to demands that she join the LAVA marathon team, instead spending much of her free time in various other fitness pursuits from CrossFit to Hyrox, as well as settling in to her recent new home in South London. We're so pleased she's settled in so well to both LAVA and London, and look forward to seeing her go from strength to strength.
The LAVA approach is all about recognising, nurturing and developing promising talent and shaping the next generation of dealmakers, so it's a real joy to see our approach pay off with another promotion, and we couldn't be more proud of the progress Cannelle has made with us so far.
