We’re delighted to announce that the wonderful Ivo Brett has been promoted to Associate, following recent success in his professional exams, as well as a fantastic year of achievements across any number of LAVA deals.
Since joining the team, Ivo has consistently impressed clients and colleagues alike with his exceptional attention to detail, his appetite for getting stuck into every stage of a process, and his willingness to apply his knowledge and learnings to drive LAVA forward.
Ivo has played a crucial role in many of our recent transactions, working closely with clients from initial briefing through to final sign-off, and supporting the deal team across every element from pitch preparation and buyer research, to due diligence and completion.
His thoughtful analysis and ability to ask the right questions have helped our deal teams bring practical solutions to complex situations, and his ever-growing knowledge base across a wide range of industry sectors allows him to provide nuanced insight and expertise.
He also fits the LAVA culture perfectly: always ready to learn, always ready to step up and contribute, and always working with the team’s success in mind, not simply his own.
