LAVA Advisory Partners is delighted to welcome Tom Rowe-Jones to their growing team. Tom, with his strategy consulting and M&A Operations background, will add to the teams already extensive experience in international transactions as well as mid-market deals for both corporate and private equity clients. His self-declared passion for M&A, when combined with his strategic focus and meticulous thought process will be of huge benefit to LAVA Advisory’s clients.
Tom joins LAVA after excelling in the M&A Operations Advisory team at Deloitte in London. Whilst there, Tom played an integral part in delivering operational and cost due diligence services as well as advising his clients on strategic opportunities and additional value capture through M&A. Tom has worked on multiple international engagements, providing him with a broad experience of cross-border transactions.
Tom’s appointment comes after another successful completed transaction for LAVA and a growing pipeline of engaged projects in the mid-market M&A space which underpins our growth strategy for the year ahead. I am excited to be able to leverage Tom’s experience to help identify and harness operational efficiencies in consolidation transactions and within our buy-and-build playbooks.

Tom’s arrival comes soon after the hire of Dorota Filipkowska and is a further reflection of LAVA Advisory’s growth plans. The firm expects to make further people announcements in the near future as it continues to add to its team, with Tom already working hard on several live mandates. Tom’s background compliments LAVA Advisory’s skill at identifying consolidation and value creation opportunities across sectors. The result being a continuation of defining market leading M&A options for its clients.
