LAVA Advisory’s Tom Rowe-Jones steps up to Director

LAVA Advisory Partners is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Tom Rowe-Jones to a Director position at the company. Tom joined us as an Associate Director in May 2021 with extensive M&A Operations and strategy consulting experience from big-name players such as Deloitte and Accenture. Since joining, he’s taken real ownership of developing and embedding the LAVA culture, uniting us as a team behind shared values and goals and allowing us to best promote the unique qualities each team member brings to the table.

With significant expertise advising clients on additional value creation through the M&A process, Tom provides valuable technical skills as well as his unique viewpoint, and has helped us foster an environment truly dedicated to finding the optimal solution for our client’s needs.

Tom’s promotion is great news for the whole team, not least because it proves the success of our strategic drive to attract and retain a diverse range of highly technical skill sets, but also because it demonstrates the growth opportunities created by our uniquely human approach to the industry. This breadth of technical expertise allows us to provide the capability of large blue chip firms, but in an agile and flexible model that provides the greatest value to our clients in the lower mid-market.
